My group met on Friday February 12th at 5pm to discuss plans for our podcast on gender roles in the Disney films: Sleeping Beauty and Beauty and the Beast. During the meeting, our group re-read the podcast instructions to make sure that we met the necessary requirements. Then, we created a bare outline of our script. After we finalized our outline, we went over our topic and divided our workload into manageable roles. Each member has a different role with a balanced workload. Below is a list that my group and I came up with that discerns our roles and responsibilities.
Jia (Groupmember A): Host and Script Coordinator
Shane (Groupmember B): Podcast Editor and Speaker
Doris (Groupmember C): Podcast Director and Speaker
Tayven (Groupmember D): Microsite Designer/Finalist and Researcher
After going over our roles and responsibilities, we decided to organize our podcast into detailed sections.
We decided to do an introduction, segment 1, segment 2, and conclusion. Each segment lasting roughly 8 minutes and the introduction and conclusion lasting around 3 minutes. We decided that we would like to ask each other questions and delve deep into our ideas. Due to the difference in time zones, we have not decided on a date for recording our podcast; however, we have decided on meeting February 17th @ 5pm to discuss all further plans. During this meeting, we will get ready for recording and complete the following tasks.

- Finalize date for recording
- Finalize microsite
- Discuss visuals/themes for each segment
